Give the players what they actually want Void...
Update the current weapon customization!

It has been the same since the game has been put on Steam back in 2021, you've already given us excellent cosmetic customization, now it's time to give the real stars of the show some better gun customization, too.

Edit: startrekmike's response was very good, while I would love more flavor content in this game, more things that "enrich gameplay" and help with immersion would definitely be better.

I would rather more AI teams/team members, more support assets, and other elements that actually would enrich gameplay. Just adding more customization options will only serve to drive this game further down into the sewer of "tacticool Barbie dress-up" style games.

i solved the problem with this mod.. you can now use a laser and a flashlight at the same time.. follow the steps and yes you need to copy and paste lines in your .ini file

This right here. Even in a dystopian future, why would SWAT teams have access to more guns than current SWAT has? When I want that, I can play Ground Branch, where it makes more sense. I wish they would focus hugely, to the exclusion of everything else except maps or semi-dynamic architecture generation, on creating differential AI where you actually have to manage different threats, sometimes even right next to each other, so that this actually has a law enforcement vibe, and you would never know exactly what you were likely to get, upping the replay value...

More weapons = more replayability and fun for the playerbase. It's a game, not real life. If you wish to limit yourself to weapons only used by current SWAT (of which there is many around the world, and they don't all use the same weapons) then by all means you can do that. Having different scenarios was a thing in the Early Access and was taken out of Full-release, not sure why. But they have the new dynamic scenario thing with the new DLC.
