I have unresolved missions that are completed.

Ive completed all of the missions, but some of them say unresolved.

You are not 100%ing the mission, basically you are not completing all objectives including soft objectives. For example, getting all objectives like the manager kid, bring order and all civilians, but also reporting the veteran.

Oh i see, I just tought it meant you completed the mission.

No, you can complete and pass the mission then move on, but it isn't resolved. You don't have to S, you just gotta collect everything (minus guns)
