Clean up crews?

So I haven't ever actually seen these crews at the end of a mission come and collect evidence/hostages etc. is it actually in game ? I even hang around and look for them but nothing !!

saw 1 clean up guy at Dorms. That was the first and last time

I know when I was in Practice Mode, trying to S rank 23 Megabytes A Second, after all all civilians and suspects are confirmed and arrested. I did see two guys coming it, picking up the people and carrying them out to the starting point.

i have never seen them but when u complete "bring order to chaos" you can tell the AI to search and secure then they will automatically find all evidence & civilians on the map.

they only spawn in practice mod.
After all main objectives are finished and you looking for last missing evidence or soft objective, they spawn and start carrying out secured civilians. They do not secure any evidence by themselves.

would be good to see them in commander mode. I’ll have to try practice mode and see if I see them !!

Im pretty sure practice mode is the canon single player mode. Even the character Judge is referenced in one mission, which makes no sense if he dies before you get to it. I play on practice, and I see the cleanup crew. I think the number that spawns might be map dependent.
