There's way too many idiots playing this game like CoD

Most pub games I join are like this. These people just run around without any teamwork, without sticking together and just try to solo the whole damn map like it's some campaign.

No wonder there were so many people complaining the AI was hard when v1 was first released. It's them being idiots in the first place

The ai is not that bad at all. Play it slow and it's easy and feels great. That's also why I don't play public

A lot of those complaining also have a very poor memory with the older SWAT games.

What I am most surprised by is how few people who own the game have got past the first 10 or so levels at C+. What the hell are people doing when they play this?

Played SWAT4, RVS, Delta Force/ LW with great friends all over the world (Clan Mates)
Everyone had a mic.... Showed up for practice, Would play against other clans all sanctioned by anti cheat software and the hosting co. Best gaming times ever!
No one even knows what RON is about, At least some of the map/story line. No mics
no teamsmanship, plus the mod/helper working people aren't tasking care of their mods they made. ie Out of date wrong file ver. looks bad.... I really hope this doesn't go the way of the Doe-Doe!
Dedicated server would be cool for the right people. I get asked "what mods you use!?'
READ!..... you too can have a kick-@zz server! then they just wanna hang out and play but not spread the history the type (TACTICS!) of game this is!

What if there were an honor system, so you could look and judge somebody by the terrible experiences they create for other people, that way we could just avoid them and gatekeep from doing the same type of circle jerk over and over again.
Forget about skilled-matchmaking, i crave competent teammates that do the minimal effort that is required to work in unison and to stick together 😄

The game is quite small, the more you have played and the better you get it's not about going close together, in fact it's much worse doing that because you block each-other and more of you can get killed, instead team-play is about you going that way and I'm going this way and together we clear sections as fast as possible and then meet up in the middle and repeat. It has much to do how experienced you are, and how long you have played. It's about being as smooth and quick as possible, get in and get out, clean.

First of all, no that's not how this game is meant to be played. Second of all, neither is that how SWAT teams operate and it's incredibly unrealistic and stupid. Third of all, you try doing this during post-1.0 launch and you'll be killed within 5 minutes.

This is absolutely stupid and it's clear you just started playing this game recently

That's the thing, this is not real life, it's a video-game. It doens't mean that it shouldn't be taken seriusly, it just means that when people get experinced enough they know where the enemies and the objectics are, and they will have their routes, you will not play as if it's your first time. For example, if you see someone using the mirror gun on the first door after spawning on the Neon Club, you would know that there's no one behind there, so there's no reason to stand there, rather you just open the door and go in.

Unexperienced players are also unaware of that you don't have to detain dead suspects, so often they think that someone just goes in and plays cod, when in fact they just don't realize that the subject has already been reported in, and weapon secured.
