MAKE READY OR NOT GREAT AGAIN - How to keep players happy and make money
A game like this needs 4 things to keep a long term playerbase alive as they already have a solid base game and everyone is waiting for DLCs which I fear will let most people down as everyone is waiting for lots of content.

MAKE THIS GAME GREAT WITH 4 STEPS:
-Worldwide Scoring System (complex scores, so we can see who is skilled or not).
-Add AI difficulty Levels to fit all playerbase. Normal, Hard & Pro
-Make all tools and assets available in Game so users can create their own map levels
-1 New official Map a month

VOID MAKING MONEY:
You can charge DLC and cosmetics to keep development alive, in my book, as long is not paid to win I don't care.

This game was SCARY GOOD WHEN WAS BROKEN:
After installing some hard Ai mods, my squad and I quick realise that the best time we played Ready Or Not was when the AI was deadly back in 1.0, and that gave us 500x more replay ability in maps... with a Normal Ai model, we will have fun only the first few runs but then the game gets old very quick... with the hard and unpredictable AI the game went to a scary level that we only experienced back on 1.0.

Regardless of what the community says... the game is already great and a few changes can make this game the best co-op shooter out there.

DID I GET MY MONEY'S WORTH?:
Note that players pay for other triple A games that cost over $80 for a 10 to 40 hour experience... most people have way more then that in Ready or Not so if you are one of those, you got your money's worth in entertainment.... now iup to VOID interactive to know how to milk the cow and gives us better replay-ability in maps and keep player count solid.

Not necessary imo, The game is already successful without the need for a scoring system.

This I agree with, It would be more fitting to players who are new to the tactical themed titles like RON.

I don't believe it would be possible in UE4 ( and UE5 when that update drops ) due to how the engine works, There is an official SDK planned to be released following the UE5 engine update ships.

Presumably time constraints and a distinct lack of any type of live service would make this non-viable, The community are hard at work building new maps and remaking maps from older SWAT games so it's not really necessary and will take resources away from patching and improvements.

When the official SDK Drops, We'll see much better options for users to make their own maps instead of the current Janky way of making maps using UE4.

I agree with all points except one: As for the AI in Ready or Not, there shouldn't be gradations like easy, medium and hard as difficulty levels. It should be realistic. I.e., the way it is at the moment, it's unfortunately not realistic when AI suspects can see through walls. If I am correctly informed, the reaction time of the AI suspects is 0.3 seconds. 0.3 seconds from "everything is fine" to "I'll shoot". That's anything but realistic! You first have to identify who is suddenly standing in front of you. That alone takes a second. Then the AI suspect has to decide what to do next. Attack, surrender or flee? Draw weapon yes / no? Flee and shoot yes / no? Take cover yes / no? Shoot from cover yes / no? Take a nearby AI civilian hostage yes / no? Do not flee, but continue to hold the weapon in your hand and mob the AI SWATs yes / no? This requires another second of reaction time. So at least 2 seconds reaction time in total, not 0.3 seconds! That would still be important to me.

Some critics of RoN say that the game is too slow. They should take a look at the CQB training of real SWAT units. Nobody runs into a house like a tarantula and starts shooting. It's all controlled. And that's how it should be in the game!

Adding an option to add AI troops to MP would be based af. Me and my dad can't play certain maps as we only have 2 members and it's extremely obnoxious playing with 2, but we don't want to play with others.

And that's your choice and you can choose hard if you want to. There's no reason to alienate a more casual community because YOU want the game to be hard. If you can have options, that's the way to make the most people happy.

There's a mod for this called Quality of Life fixes that add's AI bots to multiplayer, but yes Void should make an official version, especially if modders have the ability to do so...

- I'd want to be able to see my best times and grade on the levels without having to complete them. I would love a global leader board but hackers be hackin and i think it would quickly be ruined.
-The scoring system, when you die and look at objectives underneath them is a point system. I hope they do something with this because it would add some replay ability. Its like they forgot it existed after throwing it in there, the only time its visible id after death.
-Either a way to set a lobby to Non-Lethal or a HUD option to see whose got what. the current screen that its on doesn't work as intended. Its a pain chasing people around to see if their non-lethal and then kicking them.
-There's a function to tell if people are ready up'd in game but it doesn't work. id like to see the names of people and whose ready on my HUD as host so i know who to boot. The game turns into a Lobby sim sometimes.
-I would love a difficulty slider, i miss the tension from the beta and 1.0 before they did whatever they did and made the game run and gun. Let me put it on easy, med, or hard. My ideal would be having an AI randomizer where you can make them unpredictable (random weapons and AI skill levels)
-As op said, more cosmetics more better. Give me something to work towards.

A couple questions.
-Why is the the free lean function not in the tutorial? Really helpful skill that new guys don't know exists.
-Why does my VC change me from team to local whenever i go into lobby manager? Its annoying.
-That preacher guy is back from what i'm being told in game, can we not get this guy banned? If its like it was, even after blocking them on steam you'll still end up in their lobbies. i don't know if this was ever fixed.

Love the game BTW. I can't wait for the DLC and switch to UE5!
