Report a translation problem
You'll probably have to replay a few levels, especially if you're new to the genre. I can imagine average players getting stuck on some of the harder levels. There's also trying to S-rank most maps but IMO that's a miserable experience.
That being said, even ignoring the amount of content there's a lot wrong with the game right now, some of which has been issues for over 2 years at this point. I'd recommend no matter what you decide to wait for at least one major patch before buying.
This game is only a few dollars extra and has 5 levels more.
The maps themselves are fine, it's just the AI and stuff that needs some work.
Plus SWAT 4 had things like the Quick Mission Generator and a fleshed out PvP.
If the price is too much, it's too much regardless of the amount of content. Give it some time, let it come down. Hopefully many of the issues will get patched out, most of them are already modded out, but can be glitchy.
