supporter edition dlc

Devs said that the new dlc will be available for everyone, does that mean the supporter edition losts its status as a partial season pass, or it just means the dlc after the first one will be free for supporter edition?

The DLC will be free to everyone with supporter edition, only the maps and the cosmetic skin will be paid DLC. The weapons however are free for all, basically being added as base game guns

Will we be given the option to purchase the maps and cosmetics/etc from DLC 1 if we don't own Supporters Edition?
