Single player campaign replayability
Has anyone played through the single player campaign multiple times? It makes sense? Do new situations arise or are all opponents and hostages in the same places and you can easily deal with them? Is there replay value for the single player campaign? (I haven't played this game yet)

The number of suspects, civilians, and their spawn locations can vary each time you play. There used to be different game modes in Early Access which further switched things up like an all suspect mode or bomb defusal. They removed game modes for "narrative reasons" and now bomb defusal is only on certain maps with no way of disabling them. Meaning if you wanted to arrest just suspects on a bomb-based level, you cannot.

I don't know about others, but I put over 100 hours in Early Access when the different game modes were a thing. After 1.0 I played the campaign once and just wasn't interested in it anymore. That and unfortunately, the community is full of team killers which the developers refuse to address so it doesn't make the game appealing.

There are map and AI mods you can download on mod.io that will further replayability.

check the reviews of the game, it says how many hours each player has. Most of the players have around 70-100 hours, so that's the amount of time you can expect to play if you really like the game. Maybe 30€ are for games that can be played for 200-500 hours. Just an opinion.
About the game: when you fail a mission, the memebers of your squad gain stress so you have to replay the old mission again and again in order to improve their skill. Each new mission is pure adrenaline, but the fact that you are forced to play again and again the same maps is a big thumb down.
Forcing players do to something is always a bad choice.

I agree. I simply cannot get through Valley of the Dolls. And after playing same map 12 times... I'm done. Great game, but there's a repetition point you need to play something else...
