Report a translation problem
You can stop your AI from cuffing suspects however, simply spamming the "FALL IN" (or whatever is hotkeyed) will override the command and action. Tip, in the future, you can command suspects/civvies to move on their own. Use the command menu.
Gotta say thats pretty disappointing and unrealistic. An animation should be able to be halted at any moment -now drawing for weapon in time is another matter but player should have opportunity to drop, quick draw and/or evade. It should not just be a suck-in death trap
