Officer on Crisis, no place on therapy
After a successful mission with all suspects taken alive and no civvies killled, all officers became stressed so i sent 3 of them to therapy and then i fired someone with a bad trait to hire a new officer but the stressed officer whom i was not able to send to therapy went into "Crisis" state. Is there anything i can do?

idk, it seems to me like its just random if stuff goes south. i guess just play till one of them quits then replace them

i'd just wager its not quite feature complete yet. it is pretty cool though.
I never paid much attention to the mental health system and I still beat the game.

officers status has ZERO impact on your gameplay. it was a system they tacked on to make it seem more fleshed out.

Idk if i'm correct but i think the only thing officer morale does is that if it's low and you somehow make it even worse they just leave your squad right?
