its vanilla but no traps (only tested lethal obsession)
place the file in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks

Sins of the Father does indeed have traps, but all of them are non-lethal traps.
You need this instead:
nexusmods dot com/readyornot/mods/3758
TrapDataTable is changed instead of AILevelData, the latter of which gets overwritten by other mods.
Devs will likely never implement difficulty settings in-game. I would rather them fix bugs than worry about what modders can do better, anyways.
Some people are disappointed that they have to do this for every single door, like some of the IRL friends that I play with. Easier to turn it off and make it more similar to every other tactical shooter that doesn't have such a mechanic.
Irrelevant. FIFA sucks ass, that's probably why you can't mod it. And your example would be more appropriate if there were 5-10 goalies, but only 3 of them were allowed to block the shot.
