Sight magnification

I encountered a problem in the game that I didn’t understand how to change the scope magnification (on 12-1 and 4-1 scopes) what key combinations need to be pressed to change the zoom in the scope

You can't change the magnification on the scopes.

Don't hold you're breath for this to be changed, as it's been this way ever since scopes were introduced.
