How to use Baton rounds and Full Auto R7

When I equip the R7 launcher (Pepper ball gun) there is no auto fire mode, and it also states it can fire baton rounds but I can only access pepper rounds.

If you watch the showcase video on youtube you can see it in full auto mode but I can't do it. Any help please?

They have removed the full auto from both pepper ball guns, also as of right now you can't change the ammo type for it.
