I noticed this as well. Wondering if it is a bug or intentional change?
Really? That was the ONLY good part about the TAC-700.
Also, considering how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the new pepperball gun is, the beanbag shotgun is definitely the play.
I suspect it's a bug. If that was intentional than it's clear the devs either don't play their own game or don't use the tac700. Sometimes takes 10-20 shots to get someone to surrender.
Beanbag shotgun is garbage. 2 buddies went in a both blasted a suspect several times. He ignored it all and killed them both. Pepperball was the only viable option other than gas grenades. At least, in my and my friends experience. Plus the beanbag shotgun can kill them too.
Tac700: Allow slow firerate automatic fire, maybe about 500 rpm. Attachment available is fine.
R7: More attachments than Tac700 but you can keep it as single fire.
basically theres a tradeoff on each weapon whether you want full auto or full customization
