Car Dealership AI feels different
So, I am currently playing the game again, s-ranking, and now I arrived at the car dealership map.

Playing the map, it struck me as: "MMhhhh.... this feels different".

The AI actually does not feel like the AI in, say Greased Palms or Hotel.
It feels fair. They shoot and miss. They shoot single shot. They rarely pre-fire or full auto wallbang.

1.
I think it might have to do with them using pistols. It seems that as soon as an enemy has a rifle they just full auto empty the mag and track the player. However, with pistols, they shoot and their "action" concludes.
While the full auto seems to be a continuous thing that only concludes when the last shot is fired, and since that duration can be really long, they also track the player moving into cover really long.
Maybe the game just needs more burst and semi auto for the AI.

2.
The penetration isn't overkill in this map.
Having a firefight between the cars was really fun, as bullets where sparking off the cars. I mean, it should actually be the other way around: Concrete walls in hospital should stop all bullets, while cars aren't really the best cover.
However, once I was behind that car, taking cover, I realized how good it felt to actually have cover that works. That is not pentrated. I actually felt like a real firefight. Cover mattered.
In all the other maps, shooting and killing/disabling the enemy first, before they do the same to you was the doctrine.
In car dealership, I could actually take cover.

3.
The AI reaction times seemed more reasonable in that map. However, that might have been cause I was very silent. So I do not know. It surely _felt_ like they were more heistant and slower in their reaction.

Overall, car dealership feels much more like RON pre 1.0, than the other maps, for whatever additional reasons.

The only downside for me so far is that this map has frequent heavy frame drops and stutter.

Anyway, anyone else had the same vibe in this map, going like: "Oh, this is how it's supposed to play!" ?

The AI seems easier in the beginning cause the swat team sounds haven't escalated things yet. It's still the same AI. By the end of the level they will become T-800s.

I made the experience that it only concerns the suspects with rifles.
If you clear the area first, where the rifle enemies are located, and then move on to the outer perimeter, the pistol guys will still be enjoyable. Even fully stressed and alerted.
