Coffee Machine

We need a working Coffee Machine.
I can put coins in but that thing doesn't spit out anything. No wonder officers are stressed all the time. I would be too If my workplace was like that.

At least a janitor I could complain about it at the station with the f key would be great.

coffee machine works, select drink -> enter coins -> add cup -> pick up and drink.

you just need to look around a little to get the prompts

Why don't I get the speed buff whenever I drink coffees anymore????

You do but you gotta drink more than one to get the buff, I don't think it continues on into the mission though.
