Suspects constantly shooting legs and arms, why?
Why the hell does the Suspect AI aim for the arms and the legs so much?!
I mean i can forgive it missing slightly and hitting the shoulders or the upper arms (why I take heavy armour) but christ...

You'd think it'd aim centre mass or some ♥♥♥♥, you know where they're more likely to hit you, literally the reason why swat is wearing bullet proof vests in the first place.
Yet I find myself walking out of each mission with my swat team and all of our limbs are full of bullet holes.

If you are using steel plates then it's fragmentation. Otherwise no idea.

They’re just spraying at you, hitting you everywhere. Your plates and helmet protect your head and torso up to a certain damage threshold, but arms and legs have no protection and will pretty much instantly turn red when hit.

Because they know those areas are unarmoured. Random crack heads and dead beat gangsters aware enough to exploit vulnerabilities in armour is however a bit too much.
Or maybe not, maybe everyone in Los Sueños is ex-military.

Your arms are in front of your body and the suspects aim at your chest so they tend to hit your arms a lot. They spray pretty inaccurately a lot of times, so your legs take a bunch of hits and you're probably (hopefully) wearing armor and a helmet, so your torso and head will naturally take less damage.
