Due Process Achievement

Hey, anyone here who can help me out? Twice now I have incapacitated a suspect with a C2 yet the achievement won't unlock. Is there a hidden criteria or something? Is it map specific? Or is it just broken?

You won't get the achievement if the suspect is dead, only if they're incapped.

I had to do it a few times. Just keep trying. It should work.

Weird, both times they didn't die, only stunned or "injured". Yeah I guess I will keep trying.

Okey, so I did this damn achievement a dozen times today. I killed both suspects and civilians, I incapacitated suspects and civilians (sometimes either one, sometimes both, sometimes even 3 people), I had people faking being dead after the C2. I think I have experienced just about any possible scenario that can happen while breaching a door with C2. I have done it both in commander mode and practice mode....

AND THIS F.....KING ACHIEVEMENT WON'T UNLOCK!!!!

That´s weird. As Major Fret said they have to be incapacitated not killed. Try this: zip a suspect near a door and move it far from it, then close door and use C2 charge. Someone reported that works for his case. Hope this help to you.

The exact opposite is true. The suspect has to die for this to unlock in my experience.

There might be a bug of some sort - I had deliberately used C2 on 4 different suspects on 3 different maps. Each one was "dead" - but as soon as I cuffed them, they were just faking it. Thus, no achievement. C2 seems to have a high likelihood of incapacitating someone (knocking them out?) but not killing them. Not sure if this is intentional, but I was 4 for 4, and since have yet to actually organically kill anyone with C2 (but knocked out several).

I finally got it by taking a suspect who had already been knocked out by a C2 charge, cuffing him, and ordering him to move behind another door that I then C2'd. He died - for real this time, and the achievement popped.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was bugged. Way Out West seems to also be bugged (have done it twice now and still don't have the achievement).

I got this the first day after release, not really sure how. Think I blew up someone standing behind a door and he died.

I noticed it doesn't work if the AI team mates carried out the C2 breach.
It only worked for me when I used the breach charge myself.

Suspect must be incapacitated, i.e. lying on the floor when restrained. If they were faking it and get up on their knees when you zip tie them, it doesn't count.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I will do some more tries, otherwise I'm just gonna shelve this achievement for a bit.

Okey, finally I got it, after blowing 3 doors on a single suspect, carrying him between doors after cuffing him. Weird that it didn't work yesterday as I surely killed a suspect several times. I dunno how this thing works or if there are any hidden requirements or conditions that need to be met.

i played 23 megabytes a second and just detained him after knocking him to the ground with a c2, then i carried him door to door and put him next to each one and blew them up, no achievement. i got tired and started screwing around, i picked him up and tried to throw him off a balcony, he bounced back off the ledge and i got the achievement LOL
