Not killing/hurting suspect/civilian while not being injured with complete objective.

Non lethal weapons, take no damage, complete the objective with no civie deaths, and find all evidence.

I think you and partners can take damage but you cannot die, and pretty much all suspects need to be taken in alive as stated. No minus points can be got from pretty much anything.

As said, not killing suspects, reporting all and collecting all evidence. You almost have to do silly arcade non-lethal runs to get it. Going in with only pepperball/beanbag guns and pepperspray/tasers, which would never happen in reality and is just dumb. I don't care for getting S rank because of that.
