Are we going to see limb shots added?
1.0 feels good apart from the AI and I think the main issue I have with it is the lack of feedback when shooting suspects, no reaction whatsoever. Shooting legs, arms, shoulders has no meaning, it's a 50/50 to be a kill or injury.

I think we need to see a limb damage system with proper feedback and mechanics, such as suspects having a chance to drop the weapon when being shot in the shoulder/arm, flinching and pushback when getting shot with no armor.

Totally agreed. We also need a system that rewards non lethal shots. At the moment incapacitating a suspect is the same scoring as killing. Why bothering shooting the leg and asking for surrender, just go full John Wick and headshot any armed suspect. Does not sound very lax enforcement friendly but game does not really care.

Also the AI does not care, one shot in each leg, one shot on the arm, the suspect is still running like nothing and does not give a ♥♥♥♥ about his life shooting back a team of 5 heavy armed swat team will deeply injured and surrender. 0 instance of self preservation in this game

There's no such thing as a non-lethal shot. Arms and legs have major arteries that if hit will make you bleed out in seconds. It's only a Hollywood Trope

And it counts as a kill because the suspects can and do bleed out and die if you don't go fast enough

I was doing Valley of Dolls in random pubs. Guy shot Voll and incapped him but it counted to the arrest objective

Then he bled out and we failed the objective later into the mission

wasn't there a news looong ago where there was shootout with old man and cop between the car then cop duck down shoot old man foot to make him give up? that would be cool here but currently they tanking 9mm to the leg alot before incap then bleed out dead and no way for u to know that cuz unlike large battle rifle and shotgun all hit buckshot rounds. they dont make blood trails

The point is that there are no damage animations what so ever.
They might lower their gun and/or surrender. They don't seem to be in pain or limb or anything.

Limb shots is an AWESOME idea!! It would make the game one of the GOAT's. It surprising that even in the year 2024 games still don't program a limb shot mechanic.
