Complete all main levels in ready or not

Is there some specific requirement here? Have gone through and completed every mission in coop and still not unlocking the goods.
Anyone know?

Achievements don't unlock in multiplayer.

I meant unlockables in game, found out anyway, re ran all the missions and they unlocked.

i was wondering the same thing, for the cosmetics for specific mission ratings have been unlocked i have gone through and gotten completions for all main levels and was wondering why the Swat '99 stuff is still locked.

is this due to not playing them in order of how they unlock in-game? i would assume since ive have played most missions via multiplayer and just jumped around in a random order
