That right there about covers it. The cooperative sub-genre of FPS games seems very niche. Way too hard to make good AI; way easier to make good netcode and let other players become content for other players.
Contain is a new one for me. Looks kinda cool! Might have to check it out, if only because the co-op FPS market feels so barren that anything new seems like a light in the darkness. (There's also that SCP game, but I haven't tried it since it doesn't sound too inviting for the uninitiated.)
But, OP: by, "games like Ready or Not," do you mean military-simulator-type FPS games? If so, then I can't help you. BlasterMaster covered it. Otherwise, I might be able to suggest some other FPS games with more of an arcade-style, if you don't mind less realism with your pew-pew.
Other people pretty much covered it, so I'll go even farther away from RoN. If you want "co-op pve" and don't require like a modern military setting; "Payday", "Darktide", "Deep Rock Galatic"... maybe "GTFO", would all be worth looking into.
Very biased but I'd also recommend "Arma 3", which has all kinds of servers, including coop stuff. Hard game to get into though.
SWAT 4 with First Responders mod.
Rainbow Six Ravenshield.
Rainbow Six Rogue Spear, if you can find it.

Ghost Recon.
