Can't progress past Hide and Seek

Beat the mission twice in Practice Mode but can't get to the next mission. Is this a bug?

Is there a reason multiplayer has more maps to choose from? When I played with Friends, we had way more missions to choose from than what I see in Practice mode.

They could have modded maps installed.

If you've beaten Hide And Seek (Port Hokan), then you have unlocked all maps in the vanilla game.

Small possibility you missed unlocking levels in the middle, I know I had at least one of the later ones show up before it was supposed to after doing it in multiplayer.
