I think a notable detail is the fact that he's not legally paying for the power. You can go on the top floor and see he's rigged together his cables with the neighbors, I don't remember what the phrasing is. I don't think it's a reportable, though I think it should have a SWAT AI line. Either way, I think it's not far fetched to say he's cheaping out on everything he can, though they wouldn't be able to sneak in the anime stuff without leaving a receipt from Wish or something.
I also don't think the fursuit is his from the discussion I've seen around the map. I think it's his brothers, but I haven't looked too much into that part of the map.
Sinner this is an insane reach considering the fact that there are several details wrong with the AI art itself that lacks extreme amounts of quality control, and it is utilized more than just in that mission. There is no irony of the map design, you are just objectively overlooking lazy rushed designs rather than criticize the company because you are afraid of doing so.
