If you mean bots, you can change their clothes, for example black clothes for red team and green clothes for blue team.
Also enable the function that shows names, bots have colored names.

If you're talking about MP, then you barely can do anything about it, and I don't think there is a point since most random players are solo players and won't play a team game anyway.

They had red and blue color straps on the upper back of the plate carriers in an early RoN trailer as well as in SWAT 4. I also find it to be tactically disruptive and immersion breaking since in a video game I am unable to immediately tell who is who whereas in real life you can immediately identify unmarked friendlies in close quarters by their back-face alone due to the quantity of training a unit does together. If you want visual team identifiers in the game's current state you will have to do it via color-coded cosmetics or differentiation of gear, though this further reduces the authenticity aspect and practical/tactical concept of uniforms within the unit having uniformity. They should really just add red and blue backstraps, but until then you can also use the team helmet cams to see who is where.

You can also turn on player names. which are colored by their respective teams
