How do I get an A+ in SINUOS TRAIL?
All my teammates survived, and I secured all civilians and suspects, but I only got a B score.

I didn't do it. I always gave the suspect a warning, and I only shot him when he pointed a gun at me...
the game doesn`t care if you yelled at them before shooting them. The only thing the game cares about is are they dead/unconcious (+5 point) or on there knees surrendering (+35 points) and points are the final metric for your final score.

then you killed people easy as that. even incaps count as kill and only give 5 points

I didn't do it. I always gave the suspect a warning, and I only shot him when he pointed a gun at me...

You have to go fully nonlethal for a S. I suggest taking away the sidearm ammo from your AI teammate. When I tried to go for an S, my AI will also takeout their sidearm and dome at least one subject ruining my run.
