I was in a Co-Op game and had an officer shoot 2 other officers with a Shotgun. He was promptly domed by the 3rd guy next to him
Yes, I think it's fair for them to kill you in those cases. You can pretend they neutralized you and then went through a whole court trial and was found guilty.
AI SWAT only kills you when you're killing suspects/civilians on purpose, which I think is completely realistic. I can't say for sure because I'm not a cop, but I think that if your partner is killing innocent people, you're supposed kill them to make it stop. That sounds like common sense, I think.
Are people this desperate to hate the game because its too hard for them?

I would best describe it to for how infatuated people can be to ‘order 66’ from starwars, it is filled with betrayal and i don’t know if people find it romantic or honorable reading about it, lol.
