The “kill me” command is not realistic.
For a game being about realism, I am surprised that there is a mechanic as unrealistic as the “kill me” command.

If your friendly AI accidentally shoots someone that they are not supposed to or accidentally shoots you, do you immediately shoot them down? Does your other AI SWAT immediately shoot them down?

So why if you accidentally shoot someone that you are not supposed to, your AI SWAT immediately shoots you down? No questions asked?

No due process? Immediately judge, jury and executioner?

The SWAT AI should only shoot you down if you accidentally kill one of them or if you are intentionally wounding or killing multiple innocent people.

If you accidentally kill or wound someone else then the mission should proceed and you will face judgement from a proper judge and jury and only after reviewing all of the evidence.

Let us make killing the last option and not the first, and being the commander of the SWAT team, I think they can give you the benefit of the doubt if you accidentally wound/kill someone, at least until there is a trial.

What do you think?

Idk

I was in a Co-Op game and had an officer shoot 2 other officers with a Shotgun. He was promptly domed by the 3rd guy next to him

I like it. The officer "accidentally" killing arrested suspects and witnesses should get put down. He's most likely a mole that got blackmailed into destroying evidence and killing himself.

Pretty much nothing about the game is realistic. Not really a deal breaker for me, I like the game, but this is only a SWAT simulator if you live in the GTA Universe
The SWAT AI will not kill you (or have the kill me command) unless you are actively trying to kill them, or are killing too many civilians/surrendered enemies.

Yes, I think it's fair for them to kill you in those cases. You can pretend they neutralized you and then went through a whole court trial and was found guilty.

SWAT AI won't shoot you for killing civilians if it was an accident. Storming in a room for example and you see a person out the corner of your eye. Instincts say "Shoot" and you do, turns out it was a civilian. They won't shoot you for it. All you get is an ROE violation for not checking your shots.

AI SWAT only kills you when you're killing suspects/civilians on purpose, which I think is completely realistic. I can't say for sure because I'm not a cop, but I think that if your partner is killing innocent people, you're supposed kill them to make it stop. That sounds like common sense, I think.
its a joke.

Are people this desperate to hate the game because its too hard for them?

Idk it's not realistic, it's the most relatable ♥♥♥♥ and honestly it's funny as hell.

Well, realism is not something that is plastered to the sky or something, it just seems to be a matter of perspective for how cohesive something is.

[And about ordering your teammates to kill you].
I would best describe it to for how infatuated people can be to ‘order 66’ from starwars, it is filled with betrayal and i don’t know if people find it romantic or honorable reading about it, lol.
