Is anyone else unable to play "Rust Belt"?

I've reinstalled the game twice, I've verified game files, and every time I start "Rust Belt" the game just hangs.

I find it weird that I get the "Modded maps" warning when I have literally no mods installed (never had either).

Is anyone having the same issue? If you've solved it, how did you fix it?

Dude literally said that he never installed any mods.

I think there were some posts in the support forum where people expressed having similar issues

This is a known issue on Rust Belt, letting it load should be fine

It never loads, the game hangs....

Just encountered this issue myself. And yeah, letting it load is the trick. It will take a while though and the warning message will explain why. It stopped being counted as a modded map afterwards.

same to me don't even install mod. can't load the map game freeze. must restart pc every time this happened

I just had to wait for like 8 mins or so the first time but then it works okay

press control alt and delete open the task manager right click ready or not and end task that will close it and you wont have to restart your pc
