Should ask yourself that. Because 9/10 the enemy is shooting you in the leg. Tell me, how many times do you see the death screen? =P.

Use a shotgun to dislocate arms or legs. That fixes the problem. A suspect without a hand can’t hold a gun.

I had to blast one of the malnourished looking cultists more than 5 times in the shins with an MP7 before they went down. What will do it in 1 is shotgun with buck shot. Bean bag also made them give up in one shot to the shins.

I shot a dude 4 times with 7.62 into one leg and he still was fine. Ran around happily and tried to put some bullets into me for a good measure.
Sometimes I wonder how damaging enemy legs works in this game. He should'nt be able to run. Hell, he should be DEAD.

Bleed out REALLY fast

Apply tourniquet and get them to hospital and they survive. Pelvis and torso bleeds are hard to deal with.
