Can't find weapon container in Port Hokan

I can't find the damn weapon container. Last night I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find a container I missed and couldn't find one. What annoys me is that I found heaps of containers that didn't have anything in them. I know the locations are random, but is this bugged? Or am I just a dumb ass who kept missing it?

There are red and yellow spider marked containers around the map.
I don't know if it's random or not but for me the women container is always the same place and i think the weapon container is near the start.

Hit Tab, Use the map. All container will be marked as unknown. Search all of them.

Oh Ive already cleared this level countless times now. Im pretty sure that I actually experienced a glitch, because I definitely opened all of them. Did the same thing the next try and found them all
