Ya'll need to streamline the time between missions.

As the title. Have to wait 10 seconds before the mission starts, loading screen, have to wait 10 more seconds in the van for some reason, loading screen, do a 5 minute mission, then spend a minute watching as it tallies up your score with agonizing slowness that you can't speed up or skip to the end of, loading screen back to headquarter, walk across the building to the briefing room, select a mission, ready up, wait 10 seconds...

Seriously, It's overkill.

The scene with the squad car should BE the loading screen between the headquarters and mission location, shouldn't have to ready up a second time and wait for 10 seconds separately from the load screen.

The score screen tallying should be optionally skippable to the results so you can move on.

There should maybe be a way of selecting a mission without walking all the way to the briefing room..

The time after everyone is ready to mission start should be at most 5 seconds- More ideally 3, long enough that a clumsy Y press can be cancelled, but short enough that you're not waiting for an eternity.

There should be a damn restart button for missions in commander mode. If not mid-mission because you want it to be impactful and have an affect on the squad, at the very least there should be a 'replay' button available at the debrief screen so you can easily just get right back into the same exact mission if you're trying to get a personal best score. But ideally even mid mission- There is nothing quite like going for a personal best score only to take two steps in the door and hear a gunshot and watch your 'Secure all the civilians' objective instantly fail before you could even do anything and know you now have to do the entire mission with the knowledge that you aren't getting a PB, Or just leave and take the L on therapy levels for no good reason.

So many little things.. You can do better, Devs.
