Add Flamethrowers
Since the AI act like Japanese defending the last bunker on Iwo Jima with unparalleled determination I think a good way of evening the odds is to give players the M2 flamethrower. The AI already act like they're in an actual war when defending their random room to the death even if they're random street thugs so having a way to burn them out will just make things more immersive.

Would like to add napalm bombing, I think it's quite adequate to the suspects AI, especially at the port.

If suspects can walk off three shots in the leg, I dont see why a hostage couldn't tank a rocket to the face.
