Replays Folder, should i delete the items in the folder or delete one by one in the game menu?

So i do like taking a bit of photography in games from time to time but hearing that replays will always happen thats going to take space up. If i open the demo folder can i just delete all the files in there? I just wanna make sure i don't ♥♥♥♥ up something and delete something important.

I also notice that one file in the folder still remains after deleting all the replays one by one. Its labeled as a TEST file? is that important?

You should be fine deleting files directly from the folder, nothing will be messed up.
