Beanbag shotgun vs glass?
I like using non lethal equipment the most but what I really struggle with in RoN is beanbag shotgun being not able to shoot trough a glass. There's a lot of glass in this game in some maps which makes it really hard to use beanbag shotgun. Shouldn't be possible for it to at least break the glass at the first shot then being able to shoot at suspects on the other side?
Is it possible to make mod to do this?

My take is to let the suspect shoot you first, when he breaks glass pane, you can now shoot beanbag at him back. This is practical in most of my non-lethal runs.

Not practical that's why I ask if glass shouldn't break if shot in reality. I usually shoot everyone then yell at them since yelling do s*it in this game and suspect's reaction time to shoot back after yelling is like 1 nano second.

So you said "suspect's reaction time to shoot back after yelling is like 1 nano second", i can tell you need "No crack for AI" mod to fix the suspect AI first.

Also i'm afraid there is currently no mod that makes beanbag be able to break through glass (according to Nexus website), so we have to cope with it and wait for the next update. Or you can take one mag of suppressed pistol and break the glass like The Infamous Cloaker above just said.

Yep, it was more of a suggestion for some modder to make a mod if it isn't too difficult to make. If it can kill one shot to the head then it should probably break glass.

So I've downloaded UModel and extracted /Game/Blueprints/DataTables/ItemDataTable.uasset.
Opened it with UAssetGUI and found Beanbag.

Now I don't really see which parameter can specify if the bullet breaks glass. Or if I should mod weapon or the ammunition (12gaBeanbag - but where to find it) it self.

It would make sense for some of the glass to break when hit with a beanbag, but some of the thicker stuff would take a few hits at best. Suppressed sidearm would be best. And always carry two sidearm mags (it really bothers me that the mag in the gun [primary or secondary] still counts toward your gear slots).
