There is too many steps to start or replay mission (SinglePlayer)

1 . I'm sure I don't need to wait 10 second to start the mission. (at least in Singleplayer)
2.After mission failed, please just let us retry quick.
I already understand we can't because the new squad management system but that is extremely annoying.

Apparently, practice mode is just a thing exactly I want.
Also you can unlock mission and uniform in Practice mode according to people here.

practice mode is just commander without squad skills/mental health so i just play that

How do you even get to Practice Mode? lol. It never gave me an option. I was just dumped right into Commander Mode and I bet I wasnt the only one

I thought it doesn't because it's called Practice.

Option literally isn't there. It only has the option to Continue Commander Mode
