All that aside, those behaviors presented in the video were broken since the Adam Update in Early Access about a year ago, so observing suspects not doing much other than walking and staring at walls is nothing new.
EDIT: It's also worth mentioning that replays aren't extremely reliable in terms of depicting what went on in a round. Things like invisible tasers in the hand, grenades having no visual effect, ragdolls glitching upon rewinding or falling in ways they didn't in-game, and character models teleporting around are a few things I've noticed that are purely issues fabricated by however strangely the replays operate.
Ah fair enough, I hadn't really noticed until today looking back on VOID's update videos, thanks though!
