Elephant has two core threats. It has the bombs you'd see in bomb mode, and the active shooter you'd see from active shooter, but with limits. To avoid some of the complaints users had about active shooter being too RNG based and unfair, they have a timer. Though I've seen some users say it is a timer and proximity based.
You have I believe two minutes to find the shooters and neutralize them, or they will start shooting. I believe if you get close to them, then they will also activate and can kill civilians as you approach. You also have the bombs, which I think have a 10 or so minute timer. [/b]
