Unstable performance, how can I fix?

I'm having some really unstable performance in this game even on medium settings. Most of the time my fps is fairly stable around 80-90, but then on some maps and in certain areas I get dips down to 30 or even below 20 fps at some points. This stuttering is really affecting the gameplay making some missions harder than they really should be
What is causing this and is there any way to fix it?

Not your problem if you browse through previous post, from low to high end PC having optimization issue in MP. It used to run good in Early Access, Dev banking on Christmas for best sales and launch a bad untested version as 1.0. Not to mention remove alot content that community never asked.

My spec not any worst than you also fluctuating from 20fps 180fps i9/3070/32gb, no matter what graphic setting be it med,high or epic it still run like crap

For me, enabling Fullscreen mode (previously played on Windowed fullscreen) fixed FPS drops in many areas. Still some maps need to be fixed. Also seems like huge FPS drops depends if you play on 1080p or 2K and higher.
