1.0 was running perfectly for me. Then they dropped the hot fix, and now I am getting 30-40 FPS drops on many of the maps. I have seen other people complaining about it as well.

I am experiencing the same issue.

Disable the record feature for some reasson it improves the performance and loading times

Have problems with my old 3070TI in the same places than ever. Now with 4070 it runs absolutely smooth 100% of the time.

I think the game needs urgent optimization for RTX3000 series and other cards. They're more than enough to run this game.

If you're on DX11, try switching to DX12. That fixed my frame drops.

yeah i'm having problems too. not sure what to do but 1.0 has significantly lengthened my load times.

What a stupid response considering no one, including the OP has even listed their specs. For all we know you're running this from some 10 year old i5 processor and 4GB of RAM. At least I gave a reference point, something other than words "i got duh bad fps's"

Your reference point is an outlier and you know that.

How so? They're all off the shelf computer components that anyone can walk into a store and buy. Why are people on here afraid to list their computer specs, but will cry "muh fps's are so loooow" all day long.

Without computer specs then I have to believe you're using some 10 year old toaster, and want to play newer, more demanding games. So don't be scared, put your specs out, and perhaps we can find some common denominators?

You don't need to participate in the conversation if you're going to be toxic. It's clear that you came here looking for some sort of argument or weird flex. How do WE know that you don't have any issues? For all I know you could be playing on some toaster and you're just lying. See what I did there?

I mean sure, I could make up lies, but that seems a bit silly. I'm not accusing you or anyone else here of lying. I believe you have terrible performance issues. How is anyone supposed to help you if you don't list your computer specs? Is that really a difficult concept to grasp? What do you expect to achieve here by going in circles saying you have issues. Seems logical to me to start narrowing down the problems by finding the common denominators in computer specs. Do Nvidia cards struggle more? Do AMD cards struggle more? What kind of performance do 3xxx cards have over 4xxx cards? It's called PROBLEM SOLVING by finding common denominators and working out what is causing the issues. But sure, continue to go in circles with each other while not offering each other anything to go off. Be my guest. I'll enjoy the show (and the game, it's phenomenal) :)

The root cause is the patch, this isn't the only discussion post regarding this issue. I could list my specs but I won't out of spite due to you being annoying. If everyone has varying specs (which is true) and there are multiple discussion posts about fps drops after the patch, it should seem obvious what the root cause is. People with higher end specs may not see a huge impact due to them playing on higher frames already, but if you were more observant you would still notice that you got hit with an fps drop. Even on lower end hardware, it's pretty obvious that you would notice an fps drop and if this occurs after a patch it is also pretty obvious what the "common denominator" is. Ironically, you don't seem to understand this simple concept.

DLSS On with the Quality setting. with maxed out settings. I haven't actually tried it without DLSS, but I suppose I could. Not a terrible idea really.
