Completed game on Iron Man mode but i didnt get any rewards? anyone else have this issue?

Unless I'm missing something, I think the only unlock you get from ironman is a wristwatch; that's assuming you haven't lost any team members too. But if talking about Steam achievements, well it looks like player responses are mixed in regards to whether or not mods affect achievements. (Looking at previous responses).

I can confirm that achievements seem to only work in commander mode, and they work with mods. Cosmetic unlocks also work with mods.

Had someone report that they did not get the ironman related achievements with mods though. Can anyone confirm that they did or did not receive ironman related achievements with mods?

I've only started Commander mode and I've unlocked 8 achievements just in Practice mode, some with mods.

I think this one unlock is broken and it was mentioned few times earlier.

I had some achievements randomly progress in practice mode, but it was inconsistent. Got all the "complete map x y z" in commander mode consistently though, as well as the complete all maps with S rating.

Well, I have finally been able to unlock "The World and The Hermit" achievements. I can confirm that these achievements can be obtained. The strange thing about all this is that I was able to get the achieves in my second run. In the first run I was able to gain "Developer's Cosmetic Watch" but not the achieves. Very weird but problem solved. Thanks god, it was a Pain in the Ass.

I completed iron man a couple of weeks ago without losing an officer or dying, i got the achievements, i got all unlockables. EXCEPT the watch, which was the whole point of why i played iron man.

i completed game in ironman mode with mods, got unlocks for completing the game, got all achievments, even got achievment "iron man without losing a single officer", but for some reason watch did not unlock, despite the achievment.

spent abt 2 dozen hours trying to complete this with and without ai mods and i got the achievements and other assorted unlocks except the watch. didn't lose anybody to my knowledge. very frustrating

commander mode - no mods - ironman mode - no officer lost (dead/quit/fired) - all achievements unlocked - all cosmetics unlocked

As far as I know, you are NOT ALLOWED to fire an officer, have him quit due to high stress and obviously.... die.

Maybe someone quit or you fired him?

You aren't allowed to die yourself either, as the unlock states in the text. But I figured that is a given.

I don't care about it anymore, not gonna waste my time playing thru that for a pointless watch, it gets boring very fast, but i completed all mission 100% on S rating only used taser as main weapon. I placed all officers/bots to camp in spawn to make sure they don't take any dmg at all. Game is still as buggy as the alpha.

Teach us your ways. The game seems impossible to complete without dying. Some levels require pure luck to not catch a bullet.
