So what is it with RoN's weird color filter?
Did you guys notice how everything in RoN looks kinda brownish/copper-like once the light conditions are lackluster? For example, even clearly Caucasian characters look like they are black or brown in lower light conditions. No, not darkness, Sherlock, just a bit of low light conditions and boom, everybody's black or copper-colored.
This can be best observed in the AI roster. They ALL look black, Hispanic or like really tanned Asians, even if they're actually Caucasian.

This filter makes everything look kinda weird and I wish there would be a way to get rid of it.

Yes, the lighting in the game is very weird, especially how skin of character models reacts to it.

It was fine from what I recall pre-Adam update and has only gotten worse since and the Adam lighting overhaul also took out working mirror reflections as they become too demanding when combined the new lighting.

Yeh I noticed this too, I think there could be a better lighting and color filter, that would make the game look nicer.

Its especially noticeable in carriers of the vine. Everything looks super washed out to the point that its hard to see where you're being shot from. Game needs a contrast slider.

That's because barely anything on the map cast shadows or being affected by ambient occlusion. Like all the tall grass grass for example so it looks like everything is floating and not being grounded to environment.

The map also have two suns in the sky for some reason, could be why everything looks too bright with barely any contrast. Just walk behind a tree while looking at the sun and you'll see what I mean.

I think it's because it takes place close to Mexico and Mexico movies get a gold filter.

I recently got a chance to visit near the border down in Texas. Found out that there isn't actually an anomalous yellow hue to the air in Mexico. Movies have been lying to me my whole life. I don't know what to believe anymore.
