Way out West and Hanged Man Achievement

How am i supposed to unlock these?? I've tried all modes and even playing solo in multiplayer.

EDIT: I've gotten Way out West after i set my headgear slot to HELMET ONLY.
EDIT2: Also gotten hanged man this way, fully max your AI primary ammo, never switch away from your taser, don't use a mirror just let your AI mates open and clear every room.

Way out west can be done in practice mode and ai squad can assist you. They can use any weapons they want. You yourself can also use a shield as well, but make sure to only use revolver.

Hanged man, I'm not sure on this, as people are reporting this achievement to be bugged.

For Hanged Man, you can use your SWAT teammates, it doesn't matter if they are lethal or nonlethal. You CANNOT use any equipment other than the taser, flash grenade, and bash. No wedges, no mirrorgun, etc. I figured out I was negating my run by using the mirror gun. Order your SWAT AI to do everything.

I'm wondering if zipties invalidates the unlock because I've done both with no luck and the only culprit I can think of is that I messed up by using zipties myself.

Went in with only ammo for the revolver and it didn't work, then went in with only ammo for myself and all the bots and still didn't work. No flashes, no c2, nothing except ammo for the pistols and still didn't proc the achievement :/ not sure how consistent it is.
Also running the game on Safe mode, if that changes anything

Same. Only used Magnum, yet no achievement...

Unlocked this earlier, not 100% sure what the requirements are but here's what I did:

Only used revolver, no shield, nvgs or grenades. Friendlies used primary weapons of choice but didn't order them to use grenades when clearing. I also didn't bag weapons or restrain anyone.

Attempted this a few times using parameters other people got the achievement with.
Such as shield nvg combo, grenades and wedges, but it didn't unlock. I say this because the achievements is to only use the magnum "as a weapon".

If I were to try this again I would use shield with nvgs and don't clear rooms using flash and clear for example, or use any grenades myself.

I solo'd this map with just magnum and NVG to see. No lockpick, no mirrorgun, etc. Because Im using zipties, I wonder if thats the issue - will do it again and have my team do all the arresting

I was able to get both achievements while using NVGs and ordering the bots to restrain everything, although for Hanged Man the very last suspect on my clear was an incapacitated one that was faking it, the bots were not able to restrain for whatever reason no matter how many restrain orders I issued so I had to do it myself for it to finally let me complete with mission and it got me the unlock anyway.

Try it in Commander Mode. I tried it twice in Practice mode and it did not unlock yet I did absolutely nothing different. Commanded my team to do literally everything and I shot guys with the revolver. Even named my preset Alec Baldwin, still would not unlock. Went to Commander Mode and did the same thing, unlocked first try. I ended the mission when it prompted to.

I just got the achievement by NOT using zipties on the Civies. I had my squad zip tie them - thats the only difference from my other attempts and I got the achievement now.

I just got the "way out west" with the following conditions:
Mode: Practice mode
A.I. equipment: free to use any (actually I used default)
My equipment:
Primary: any
Sidearm: .357 with Snubnose and Laser Pointer
Armor: full heavy armor with ceramic
Munition: all 11 slots .357 Magnum AP
Tactical gear: any (I didn't pick in hand nor use...I think shield may be safer to cover the back)
Headwear: NVGS (turned on in the tunnel)

orders: only "fall in" (if you bring the squad passing by the kneeling or downed person as well as evidence, they'll do their job automatically, no need to order)
soft objective: reported objective myself
doors: only peek and simply open, no kick, no pick lock

I suppose this achievement is done literally "no use any other equipment as your weapon", so may be just pick up the .357 revolver and don't switch to any other equipment, and the achievement will get when the stage is cleared.

I attempted the Way Out West achievement a few times only to find it not popping even after successful runs. I got it later immediately after re-enabling the "server side checksum" option and did the same run again. It seems the achievement popping logic needs to check the authenticity of the files being loaded in the server, even if a local one. Need to test the theory on other achievements though.

These two achievements are the last I need to 100% the game and this has been the most infuriating by far

One achievement I can't for the life of me get is "Due Process". I've caught over a dozen suspects with C2 charges and they always fall down "dead" gurgling until you hand-cuff them, then they reveal that they were faking it and become conscious, arrested suspects on their knees. Every single time. Doesn't seem to matter if a solid steel door bounces off his head or he gets penetrated by a hundred splinters from a wooden door disintegrating, he always survives.
