Can't seem to S rank Twisted Nerve

No excessive force, everyone alive including the hostiles. Obv all main and soft objectives. Looks like I'm off by 25 or 50 points. Says all evidence. Am I missing something? Did like my third run already.

If you're solo the easiest way is to clear the outside while have your AI wedge the outside doors so that everyone is stuck in place and you can clear room to room.
Save your own slots for gas and ammo (shotgun is most efficient for ammo). Then just clear room to room. I like to have heavy armored AI team (whichever is healthy) clear the attic.
