i think one of the civies was wounded but not dead so it didnt give me all the points despite him still counting for me getting 100 % of all civies secured
I have done this a few times across different levels and still get stuck with an A+ rating. I just ran 23 Megabytes Per Second twice and A+ even though both were spotless.
I was left side entrance, shooter 1 was behind the entrance which sucked but is a good spot, it's just likely to take a hit. Second shooter was at the steps, this is vital, if you don't surrender him, he will run and kill.
I haven't been a right side breacher, so can't give info on that side, but I know it's alot more rooms to deal with.
i managed to do it by just sprinting arround the hallways trough and ignoring all the locked doors
it seems that after 2 or 3 minutes the shooters will shoot a kid in the shoulder and leave him wounded but alive and thats what made me fail before
For Elephant in particular, I found it best to wedge a couple doors to split the area in half. Then split the team with one holding a doorway that commands vision on as much area as possible and just rush to find and arrest each shooter in one half of the building with 2 team members. Since the shooters can roam, they can run into your team holding the doors which makes it a bit easier. Once you've secured half the building, move on to the second and wedge the door behind you to delay/discourage flanking. When you encounter contacts, as soon as you have the cuffs on, leave them there (dont even secure the weapons and dont secure civilians) and move on. Mentally note the bomb locations as you discover them. This may still require you to repeat the level, there is unfortunately some luck involved... took me a couple tries.
Also side note to this - Gas mask, pepper balls, and CS gas are your friend for less lethal in most situations (I tend to carry a beanbag shotty and have the team run pepper balls). Gas masks stop pepper ball effects on you, and the balls have a short-ranged effect similar to gas grenades. The gas grenades have the widest and longest subduing effect as well (but its obviously not instant and the enemy will try to flee the effect area).
