Does anyone have a problem finishing “Come Again”?

I am finding the convenience store mission difficult to end; after bringing order to chaos there is a civilian on the map I just can’t locate, so the mission will not conclude. I wonder if this is a glitch involving the crying hostage in the refrigerated storage unit who cannot be cuffed because she is stuck in a corner? Either way, this inability to conclude the mission has happened to me in both SP and Coop; I’d be grateful for advice.

Not a glitch, you just missed a civi somewhere.

Yes I was on practice mode and I didnt wanna play commander mode cuz of the stupid STRESS system AND THE FREAKING PERMADEATH

Check around the outside of the Convenience Store; especially in the back where you can find the Cardboard Cutout. Civvies and sometimes Suspects like to be around that area but they can be anywhere outside if you can't find them inside

This seems to be a bit of a problem with the game in general. I've found that if you leave your team on one side of the map and then command them to search the area that you're currently in, they'll come to you and find a bunch of stuff on the way.

If anyone knows of a better way to find that last civie let me know.

Yeah, I never found the girl listed as seperate entity from civvies. People say she shout quite loudly, but never found her.

She can be found crying in the freezer storage area — at least most of the time — but it can be impossible to cuff her because she is jammed into a corner and doesn’t move.

I've found her in the utility closet in the Break Room always

Same here, I searched every inch of the place for awhile, just gave up, either it’s a glitch or the civi is in the walls
