The most consistent way I've done it is by manually selecting each officer, editing their loadout THEN saving the preset
However it's not 100% because I'll go back to an officer and they'll have whatever loadout they had previously sometimes so...again don't know what's causing this and I'll just have to manually edit it beforehand
This just makes me which we can chose where and what to put on our guns but thats a whole different topic. In GB, I have both lights and PEQ-15s on all my guns.
Yeah it's odd how restrictive the loadout system is considering how other modern games in this genre do it
