Shoot House?

It's probably just me who can't find it but where's the shoot house (other than in the tutorial)? Surely there is a shoot house where I can practice without actually doing a mission? Like in the pre-release version.

You have to play through a good amount of the game before the area unlocks. as you go into the briefing room, continue out the other side then turn left. should say "training area" above the entrance
