Hair and overall graphics look very weird, bad performance

The hair graphics are no longer up to date by any stretch of the imagination, as lighting and physics don't seem to exist. The figures and faces look like free models from the asset store.
Overall, the visuals in no way justify this performance. Can we hope for improvements in the future, not just in performance?

Aliasing and performance somehow got far worse than it was in older builds. Makes no sense.
