Huge difference between armour types?
I always run full heavy body armour with steel plates for max protection

Is more speed worth it?

Ceramic is arguably 'better' iirc. It 'blocks' more damage, but does break after a few hits.

But, yeah, I would personally say speed is more valuable for cases where you find yourself out of position. If you're a positioning god, steel's possibly better.

I thought steel was better at blocking than ceramic, only heavier.
Good to know.

Like every other part of your loadout, it really depends on the situation and your team.

but like others have said, Ceramic is the best option at all times since Metal makes you stagger way more when hit.
