Where is the taser?

Playing SP practice mod (While Commander does not save progression) and I cannot find the taser anywhere.

I've seen people say it's in tactical but I can only see Long Tactical which has the launchers, riot shield, breaching shotgun etc. but no taser.

Does it need to be unlocked first?

It's in the tactical slot, where wedges and C2 is

For me and a buddy we had to press 4 a few times and it cycled through stuff.

In gameplay I can equip C2 by pressing 4 but on the customise loadout screen I cannot see / change the slot that C2 is taking up

Put at least ! taser. Press 4 multiples times until the taser appears.

It looks like the Practice mode uses a separate loadout screen with less options?

For the people talking about key bindings you can also manually bind the Taser to a key and immediately draw it. Additionally, press your Secondary Weapon key again after you have your Pistol equipped and it will swap to Taser.
